Data we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), learning profile (curriculum, class, subjects, language, goals), study activity, AI conversations, uploaded learning materials and payment references.
How we use data
To personalise tutoring, generate analytics for learners, teachers and parents, improve curriculum alignment, prevent abuse and process payments.
Children's data
Learners under 18 require guardian or school consent. Guardians can request export or deletion at any time via privacy@suapa.ai.
Storage & security
Data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases with row-level security, TLS in transit, daily backups and full audit logging.
Sharing
We never sell personal data. Limited processors (OpenAI, Paystack, Hubtel, Stripe, Cloudinary, Meta WhatsApp) process data strictly to deliver the service.
Your rights
Access, correction, portability, restriction and erasure under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) and comparable laws in our other markets.
